Fovea : Empowering Clinics with Seamless Access to Knowledge
To improve access to internal information and reduce the burden on support teams, Fovéa deployed a Mozzaik365-powered intranet in early 2025. The solution now facilitates communications and knowledge management across their clinical network.

Fovéa is a network of veterinary clinics made up of support services, associates, veterinarians, and veterinary assistants (ASVs). As a multi-site organization with a mix of office and frontline workers, Fovéa's mission is to streamline operations and support clinic teams efficiently, especially in managing procedures and internal communications.

The Challenge – Fragmented Communication
Before Mozzaik365, Fovéa faced difficulties centralizing and communicating information, particularly with clinic associates and veterinarians who rarely used email or digital tools. Document requests overwhelmed support teams, and internal communications were often missed. As Sophie Martin noted, “there was a lot of resistance” due to the teams' low digital literacy and habits:

Personalized Access Per Role
Each group accesses only its relevant documents, improving clarity and efficiency.
Progressive Autonomy
Teams now download procedures themselves, reducing support team workload.
Support + Training Strategy
Internal email campaigns, Teams reminders, and on-site coaching help overcome resistance.
Why Fovéa Chose Mozzaik365 – Targeted Impact on Information Access
The intranet helped segment access by user groups (support, clinics, vets, ASVs), delivering personalized content and key updates. Regular updates to procedures and internal news now ensure information reaches the right users, even if some require additional training.
